Loan Officer
Juan Horvath began his career as a Mortgage Broker and further developed his skills as a Mortgage Banker to offer the best possible level of service to his clients. A resident of the Treasure Valley for over 15 years, Juan has a strong grasp on the local real estate market, allowing him to offer sound advice to his clients on what is probably the largest purchase they are likely to make.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from the University of Idaho, Juan is committed to increasing his extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and the large variety of loan programs available. Juan’s excellent communication skills and attention to detail enable him to work closely with his clients to select the program best suited to meet their immediate and long term financial goals. Utilizing his tenacity and follow-up skills, Juan ensures his clients are kept fully informed of developments throughout the entire loan process, and makes himself available to address any of their questions or concerns.
Leisure time is spent enjoying various sporting activities, particularly basketball, and Juan also includes movies and music among his favorite pastimes.
